    We offer free shipping on all our shipments. If the products you order are in stock, we offer a delivery time of 1-2 business days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 7-12 business days.

    Returns Policy

    We value your satisfaction and have made it our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below to ensure proper processing:

    ● Please complete the returns form carefully, ensuring that all requested information is accurately included.

    ● For a smooth return procedure, it is important that the return form is completed fully and correctly.

    Please note: Screen damage is not covered under warranty.

    The smartwatch's screen is made of glass, as this is necessary for the touchscreen to function. Damage to the screen resulting from a drop, impact, or crack is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Such damage is considered user damage and is not eligible for free repair or replacement.

    Conditions for requesting returns

    For a valid refund, the returned item must meet the following guidelines:

    ● The product must be in its original and (if applicable, unused) condition, including all associated labels and tags.

    ● There must be no visible signs of actual consumption (if applicable).

    ● We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion of damage due to use or external damage that is not our responsibility.

    Refunds

    Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible. The purchase price will be credited to your bank account within 7 days. If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for a refund to be officially processed. After that, please contact your credit card company. If the situation still hasn't been processed, you can contact your bank. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact our customer service at info@juniorcompass.nl.

    Conditions:

    ● You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning an item and it will not be refunded.

    ● Returns of items obtained through competitions or sales are not valid; in such cases, only exchange for a voucher is possible.

    ● We request that you provide the return package with a track and trace code (at your own expense), this is extremely important for a successful return process.

    ● Once you return the package, we kindly request that you share a photo and/or link of the track and trace code with us by email.

    ● Please include the completed return form in your return package. ● The returned item must be unused and sealed.

    ● The product must be returned in the original packaging.

    ● We emphasize that the returned damaged products, which are damaged by external factors, cannot be processed.

    Exceptions to returns and refunds include purchased credits for SIM cards, installation services, and screen protectors. These cannot be returned or refunded.
